São Miguel do Gostoso is a small fishing village 100 km from Natal, capital of Rio Grande do Norte. About 10 thousand habitants, beautiful and quiet beaches, dust streest, a single church, a cruise ship and a centenary tamariner that marks our city center. And, unlike other small cities of the Northeast coast, it is refused to lose all that calm and simplicity that attracts hundreds of tourists a year.
Why visit us?
Here the fishermen’s culture is preserved, loud music is not allowed in bars and in the streets. Local cuisine is valued in small restaurants. Hotels and inns offer excellent infrastructure, but the best thing about Gostoso is to walk barefoot on its beaches and dusty streets, talk to the locals in the square and pick up fruit.
It is the most central beach of Gostoso, parallel to the main street, the busiest point, with shops and restaurants. Still, Xêpa beach is almost deserted.
